- Collaborate closely with the interior design team to review technical drawings and establish precise material take-offs.
- Review pricing for supplementary structural work or ongoing upkeep, and drive negotiations with external vendors and sub-trades to secure the best rates.
- Procure, compare, and appraise pricing proposals from various material suppliers and specialised contractors.
- Ensure all bidding paperwork, procurement files, and tender submissions are systematically organised and up-to-date.
skills and experience required
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience specifically dealing with corporate / commercial interior projects.
