As the Regional Account Manager for Employee Benefits and Group Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in managing, retaining, and growing a portfolio of high-profile multinational clients. Your primary focus will be coordinating complex group insurance programs, overseeing regional benefits renewals, and delivering strategic advisory services. Because a significant portion of this portfolio involves French-headquartered clients and stakeholders, you will act as the primary point of contact, facilitating seamless communication across regions. You will also conduct client presentations, resolve escalated inquiries, negotiate with insurers, and work closely with global network partners to ensure top-tier service delivery.

skills and experience required
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of proven experience in Employee Benefits, Group Health Insurance, or a related insurance consulting environment.
- Native or full professional fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is strictly required, as this role involves daily communication, negotiation, and presentations with French-speaking clients and international stakeholders.
- A strong track record in regional account management, client retention, and handling complex policy renewals.
- Excellent presentation, analytical, and cross-cultural stakeholder management skills.
- Possession of relevant insurance regulatory certifications in Singapore (e.g., CGI, HI, BCP, PGI) is highly advantageous.
