Reporting directly to the Head of SAP based in Europe, Your role involves:
- Partner with business stakeholders to conduct discovery sessions and evaluate core enterprise processes for optimization and automation.
- Draft detailed analysis documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and process flow maps.
- Evaluate functional gaps and impact risks across core enterprise applications, data, and system integrations.
- Work closely with solution architects and delivery teams to design scalable platforms across procurement, logistics, and planning.
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), scenario execution, defect tracking, and business validation.
- Facilitate change management, drive user adoption, and deliver technical training to cross-functional teams
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 7 years of IT business analysis experience. Exposure to SAP IBP or APO is required for this role.
