Direct complex management, Business process reform, and IT/digital transformation consulting engagements across the ASEAN region
Lead project delivery lifecycle, overseeing scope, timeline, quality, risk management, and multi-stakeholder governance.
Own end-to-end operational and systems transformations, with a core focus on financial operations, trading platforms, and transaction systems.
Spearhead client account management, drive business development initiatives, and cultivate new consulting advisory opportunities.
Manage and mentor project teams while building consensus across diverse cross-functional leadership teams.

Skills and experience required

Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with consulting experience
Proven track record leading large-scale IT PMO, system migration, or BPR engagements within global or multi-national environments.
Strong functional exposure to banking or financial services, with solid understanding of payment, transaction, or trading workflows.
