- Direct multidisciplinary teams spanning engineering, operations, and design to ensure projects meet defined quality benchmarks, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage complex stakeholder ecosystems across business units and government entities to maintain strategic alignment and smooth operational transitions.
- Act as the primary champion for agile methodologies, driving delivery excellence, sprint planning optimization, and continuous improvement practices.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, technical bottlenecks, and delivery dependencies across multiple concurrent workstreams.

- Minimum of 8 years of professional track record in software delivery, program management, or technical service management environments.
