The incumbent will provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for high-volume casino cage cashiering and financial transaction workflows. Key responsibilities include:
... - Formulating and refining internal control frameworks, fraud mitigation strategies, and risk procedures to safeguard physical cash and gaming assets.
- Maintaining strict compliance with Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA) regulations, Anti-Money Laundering (AML/CFT) frameworks, and corporate governance standards.
- Driving process optimizations and continuous workflow efficiencies across 24/7 continuous casino operational shifts.
- Partnering closely with internal audit, legal, compliance teams, and statutory authorities to ensure zero regulatory breaches.
- Mentoring, developing, and directing a large casino cashiering and cage operations team to maintain high standards of accountability and service excellence.
skills and experience required.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in casino operations, casino cashiering, gaming finance, or high-volume physical currency operations in a highly regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of cage cash management, chip vault controls, internal risk management, and GRA/AML regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record of leading, developing, and influencing large operational teams across shift schedules (including weekends and public holidays).
- Outstanding executive stakeholder management, strong analytical capability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
