Reporting to the General Counsel, you will spearhead the development and implementation of a robust global corporate governance and legal risk management framework. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic legal counsel on regional transactions and new business initiatives, alongside drafting and negotiating a broad spectrum of commercial agreements. Furthermore, you will manage complex domestic and cross-border disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and regulatory investigations, while ensuring compliance across all operational jurisdictions.
skills and experience required.
You are a qualified lawyer with at least 10 PQE with extensive experience in managing complex disputes and/or construction law. You are commercial-minded, with a solutions-driven approach and are a highly effective communicator with a track record of partnering closely with executive boards and senior management.
