As part of the Group Tax function, you will lead the global tax framework and group tax consolidation whilst working closely with the in-country tax leads on end-to-end entity tax provisions. You will monitor the group's effective tax rate, deferred taxes and lead tax rate forecasting and risk analysis whilst challenging assumptions. You will refine internal financial processes, strengthen governance controls, and partner with multi-disciplinary stakeholders to navigate evolving regulatory landscapes, eg. Pillar Two.
skills and experience required.
Candidates should possess a relevant degree in accounting or finance alongside professional tax credentials, backed by substantial corporate tax accounting experience within a global corporate environment with prior experience in the Big 4. A strong working background in international tax compliance and group reporting standards is essential. Strong analytical capabilities, excellent business communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and manage dynamic financial priorities across global business units are crucial for success in this role.
