Category & Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive category procurement strategies to secure supply continuity and consistently meet cost-reduction targets.
Supplier Discovery & Market Intelligence: Conduct rigorous market research and vendor assessments to identify, evaluate, and onboard high-performing, reliable suppliers.
Performance Management: Establish regular supplier evaluation frameworks and KPIs to track deliverable, maintain quality, and drive continuous vendor improvement.
Cost Optimisation & Benchmarking: Perform in-depth cost analyses and establish financial benchmarks to uncover efficiencies and drive maximum value across spend categories.
Supply Chain Risk Mitigation: Design and implement proactive risk management protocols and contingency plans to prevent business disruptions during product shortages.
Contract Negotiation & Governance: Lead contract negotiations to secure competitive commercial terms, service levels, and full regulatory and organisational compliance.
Procurement Operations & Governance: Establish, refine, and enforce procurement standard operating procedures (SOPs), governance policies, and industry best practices.

skills and experience required

Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain management, or in engineering field.
8-10 years of relevant working experience.
Knowledge of data centre operations.
