Our client is a well-established organization operating within the financial services and banking sector. They are dedicated to delivering reliable digital solutions and are actively expanding their technology capabilities to support robust platform infrastructure.

about the role

You will join an agile development team focused on building secure and accessible digital platforms. This is a full-stack position heavily weighted towards front-end development (approximately 80%), with the remaining 20% focused on back-end systems. You will design web applications, build scalable REST APIs, and take technical ownership from initial solution design through to deployment and production support. Your responsibilities will also include making architectural decisions, troubleshooting build issues independently, and ensuring high code quality.

skills and experience

• Strong technical proficiency in front-end frameworks, specifically Angular and TypeScript.
• Solid experience developing back-end services and REST APIs utilizing Java and Spring Boot.
• Working knowledge of relational databases, version control, and containerization platforms like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to implement automated testing and resolve common issues within CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working collaboratively in an agile software development environment.
• Familiarity with modern, AI-assisted development tools and the ability to securely validate their output.
• Prior experience within the banking or financial services industry is highly advantageous.
• A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience in software engineering.
