• Technical Analytics Skills: Advanced capability in complex data collection, data manipulation, system integrity management, and standard compliance frameworks.
• Education & Mentorship (Plus): A Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field, with prior experience mentoring peers in data-centric environments.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data structures into clear business strategies.
• Flexibility: A forward-thinking, continuous-improvement mindset with the ability to support non-standard operational hours, including weekends or holidays as required.
