- Lead technical discovery workshops and architecture design sessions directly with external client teams and leadership.
- Map complex customer workflows, data structures, and operational processes to design end-to-end evaluation frameworks.
- Translate client business demands into technical roadmaps covering GenAI, RAG systems, and Computer Vision applications.
- Navigate specialized deployment constraints, including high-security parameters, compliance frameworks, and air-gapped networks.
skills and requirements
- Min 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, Software Architect, or Senior Engineer with proven experience directly interfacing with external clients (candidates limited to internal tools or internal stakeholders will not meet the scope).
- Strong consultative solutioning background with a track record of translating complex external customer needs into scalable solution architectures.
- Excellent balance of technical depth and commercial orientation, with experience acting as a trusted advisor to senior external stakeholders (Director to C-suite level).
- Hands-on foundational software engineering skills (ability to write/read Python, evaluate API architecture, and independently verify technical feasibility).
- Working knowledge of the modern AI/ML stack and tooling, such as RAG/GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangSmith) or Computer Vision tooling (YOLO, Detectron2, Hugging Face).
