- direct daily credit administration, facility limit implementations, and loan transaction approvals
- govern private banking operations including premium financing and specialized credit products
- ensure strict adherence to internal control standards and regional regulatory requirements
- establish operational procedures while coordinating with legal counsel and cross-border teams
- lead operational transformation projects, including core system implementations and procedure streamlining

skills and experience
- Degree holder in Accounting, Business, Banking & Finance and Economics
- At least 12 years of experience in corporate banking credit control, documentation, administration and operations
