Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this newly created position will spearhead the comprehensive treasury and liquidity operations for the group's key regional entities. The successful candidate will take full ownership of capital management, financial risk mitigation, and corporate governance frameworks across the territory. In this role, the selected professional will direct short- and long-term cash flow forecasting, working capital structures, and regional cash pooling mechanisms while establishing standard operating practices. They will also design and execute intercompany funding strategies, track regional debt obligations, manage dividend distributions, and identify foreign currency exposures to execute strategic hedging activities in alignment with international compliance standards. Furthermore, the manager will cultivate strategic partnerships with financial institutions to optimize credit facilities, oversee monthly closing cycles, maintain transaction records within enterprise resource planning systems, and collaborate with external advisors to manage transfer pricing documentation and cost-sharing allocations between corporate entities.

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants should possess a bachelor's degree in accountancy, banking, finance, or a highly quantitative discipline, ideally complemented by a recognized professional credential such as a CA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA.
