We are partnering a Singapore-headquartered private markets platform backed by premier sovereign wealth funds and global banks, managing billions across infrastructure assets while actively scaling their newly launched, MAS-regulated asset management arm.

Oversee day-to-day investment and fund operations across the entire trade lifecycle for private credit and infrastructure strategies.
Lead operational readiness for new fund launches, Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs), new financial products, and strategic partnerships.
Partner with internal teams on investor onboarding, KYC/AML coordination, capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting.
Maintain robust operational controls, governance standards, and MAS CMS licensing compliance across all fund activities.
Partner with the COO on business planning, annual budgeting, vendor management (custodians, fund administrators), and system integration.

skills and experience required

5–7 years of relevant experience in asset management, ideally private credit, or broader private markets.
Hands-on experience across investment operations, fund administration oversight, trade workflows, and custodian management.
Exposure to fund/mandate launches and understanding of MAS CMS Licensing requirements would be an additional plus.
Highly analytical problem-solver who enjoys rolling up their sleeves in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
