- Lead deal execution, financial modeling, comprehensive risk analysis, and due diligence efforts for complex regional transactions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal departments and external legal and advisory partners to streamline transaction workflows.
- Prepare credit proposals, term sheets, and pitch materials while guiding transactions through internal risk approval pathways.
- Oversee active portfolio management to identify potential stresses early and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Engage directly with corporate clients to manage relationships, deliver tailored funding solutions, and monitor sector developments.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance, Economics or related field
- 8+ years of experience in deal execution, portfolio management and/or credit risk management
- Proven track record in transaction structuring, due diligence, and financial modeling
