how can i register to participate in this exclusive event?
- Register by filling in the RSVP form. Seats are limited, so we’d suggest you fill it in as soon as possible to secure your seat. Please be reminded that you are required to fill in this form by yourself as it requires your personal information and privacy consent, including your full name, date of birth, emergency contact, dietary requirements. Your name and date of birth need to be the same as the one on your ID. All guests must ensure that their ID or passport has at least 6 months’ validity before its expiry date.
- By submitting this form, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data by Randstad, the Clipper Stad Amsterdam and local authorities. This includes all the personal data you provide to us, which will be used for the purpose of us and the Clipper preparing and managing the REBR Clipper Event ("Event") including the check-in process for invited guests to board the Clipper ship. We might reach out to you for more information should the Clipper Stad Amsterdam and/or local authorities request for.
- Your personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection law (including the Personal Data Protection Act 2012) and will not be shared with any third party not related to this Event without your consent. what can I expect after filling in the registration form?
- After filling out the form, you will receive a confirmation email that you have successfully registered for the event. There is also a QR code embedded in the email that will be used to check in to our event.
- You will also receive reminder emails from our team prior to the event with more information about Randstad’s history and partnership with the Clipper Stad Amsterdam.
- You may be required to fill in additional registration forms, or provide additional information if required by the local authorities or the Clipper Stad Amsterdam. We will reach out to you if we require additional information.

what do I need to bring to board the Clipper?
To get onto the ship, you must bring your ID (NRIC/Singpass/work pass/driver’s license) or passport that shows your full name, together with the confirmation email with the QR code.
Please note that the Clipper Stad Amsterdam has a no cardboard policy.

The Clipper will remain docked throughout the whole event to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.

Yes, all guests aboard the ship can freely embark and disembark within the timeframe specified on their "Boarding Pass".

Registered clients are not allowed to bring any guests who haven't pre-registered for the event.

if I accidentally delete the confirmation email, what should I do?
Please inform your Randstad consultant no later than 3 days before the event, and the Randstad team will resend you an email with the QR code 1 day before the event.

what should I do if I have not received the confirmation email with QR code even though I registered?
Please inform your Randstad consultant promptly. The Randstad team will check on it internally and resend you a confirmation email with QR code as soon as possible.

where will the Clipper dock?
The Clipper will dock at Keppel Island.

how can I get to the Clipper?
Parking is available at the Marina At Keppel Bay if you are coming by car.
If you are coming by public transport, the nearest MRT train station to Keppel Island is HarbourFront Station (North-East / Circle Line). From the station, it's a 12-15 minute walk to the island. The nearest bus stop (B14131 – outside Caribbean at Keppel Bay) is a 9 minute walk to the island, with the bus services: 61, 188, 963, 97, 124, 10, 30, 57, 93, 97E, 100, 131, 143, 145.

is the Clipper an accessible venue?
Unfortunately, the Clipper is not fully accessible due to its status as a historic 19th-century ship. The ship has a narrow gangway for boarding and disembarking, and access to the dining room requires navigating a staircase below deck. If you have any specific accessibility needs or require assistance, please contact us at communications@randstad.com.sg.

is there medical assistance and first aid available onboard?
Medication for seasickness is available onboard the Clipper, but we strongly suggest you take your medication 30 minutes prior to boarding the ship if you are prone to seasickness.
Off-the-shelf painkillers and wound care medication are also available on board. If you require other or specific medication for your health condition, please remember to bring them along with you. Please note that alcohol will be served at the event as well.

what happens in the event of bad weather?
Deck tents are available on the upper deck to provide cover for light rain. However, in the unexpected event of heavy rain or thunderstorm, the event will be moved to the long room which is completely covered.
