- reviewing contractual agreements, managing claims and negotiating variations
- oversee tendering process
- develop comprehensive cost estimates, prepare BOQs, and establish project budgets
- conduct on-site measurements, cost assessments, and valuations
- monitor project expenses, analyze cost variations, and implement corrective measures to maintain budget
- facilitate accurate interim payments and finalize accounts upon project completion
knowledge and skills
- diploma or degree in building construction or civil engineering
- 4-5 years of experience as a quantity surveyor
- experience in managing costs and contracts in construction environments.
