overseeing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects to ensure they are delivered within budget and in compliance with contractual terms. You’ll be supporting project teams through tender evaluations, progress claims, and variation orders while working closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

... - review tender documents, perform quantity take-offs, and prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing models.
- manage procurement processes including RFQs, subcontractor negotiations, and contract award documentation.
- administer contracts (PSSCOC, SIA, FIDIC), handle variations, claims, and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
- prepare and certify progress claims, subcontractor payments, and maintain accurate cost tracking.
- oversee site execution support, ensuring cost control, resource optimization, and adherence to HSEQ standards.
knowledge and skills
- diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- at least 3 years of relevant experience in construction cost management and contract administration.
- strong understanding of standard forms of contract and measurement rules.
- proficient in MS Excel and cost management systems; analytical and detail-oriented.
