about the role
This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for the Act to anchor our financial operations in Singapore. In this role, you will assume full ownership of the finance operations. You will be managing the end-to-end accounting functions—from General Ledger and Fixed Assets to Accounts Payable and Receivable—while ensuring the consolidation of books adheres strictly to SFRS and IFRS reporting standards. Beyond the numbers, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior management, analyzing Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet trends to explain variances and drive financial insights.
You will also act as the primary custodian of our financial compliance and integrity. This involves leading the statutory audit process from planning to final sign-off, ensuring seamless tax compliance, and adhering to global internal control guidelines. Furthermore, you will be a champion for modernization; we look to you to identify opportunities for process optimization, driving automation and digitalization to streamline workflows. Leading a team of analysts, you will foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes accuracy, regulatory adherence, and continuous improvement across the region.

You must possess a proven track record of managing end-to-end finance scopes, with specific expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and the independent management of statutory audits. A strong command of regulatory frameworks, particularly FRS 116 (Lease Accounting), is essential.
