- Setting annual parts sales targets for markets
- Focus on top customer penetration and activities to improve parts sales
- Monthly GP analysis and deliver month on month GP
- Develop parts pricing strategy
- Ensure parts availability
- Assist on tender and contract reviews
- Develop retail KPIs and workflow process
skills and experience required
- Msc / Degree / Diploma in engineering / business or related
- Min 5 years of experience in aftermarket parts sales development
- Good commercial vehicle / truck industry knowledge and experience
- Good understanding of dealer operations and dealer financial management
- Knowledge on parts pricing and parts logistics
