We're looking for an experienced AI Scientist to help us build intelligent fraud detection and abuse prevention systems. You'll use the latest advancements in graph machine learning (ML), transformers, and behavioral analytics to address critical threats in real time.

In this role, you will:

• Design, build, and deploy AI models for anomaly and abuse detection.

• Develop scalable graph learning pipelines to identify malicious actors and their on-chain patterns.

• Create robust behavioral feature layers from high-dimensional data sources.

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to build end-to-end machine learning systems.

• Conduct continuous performance evaluations and improve models using new research.

skills and experience required

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in machine learning and fraud detection, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or the Web3 space.

• Mandarin speaking required as you need to liaise with Chinese counterparts who can only speak and write in Mandarin.

• Strong expertise in graph ML, GNNs, transformer models, and fraud detection techniques.

• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• Familiarity with big data processing tools like Spark and real-time data pipelines like Kafka.

• A solid understanding of blockchain data and wallet behaviors.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with fraud rule engines or security scoring systems.

• Familiarity with blockchain analytics platforms.
