Key Responsibilities

Oversee the calendars of our regional leaders, coordinating appointments and meetings with precision.
Create reports, presentations, and other key documents as needed as basis for decisions to drive our business forward.
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting materials to ensure effective communication and decision-making.
Monitor and track tasks, ensuring timely completion to support team performance.
Handle time and attendance for our local team in Singapore with accuracy.
Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines effectively and coordinate relevant stakeholders according to the needs of the regional directors.
Plan and execute team meetings and events, both on-site in Singapore and remotely, including virtual gatherings.
Assist with travel planning, expense submission and tracking, budgeting, and financial documentation.
Maintain regional office operations, including ordering supplies, managing facilities, and ensuring compliance with local workplace regulations.
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.

about the manager / team

This is a newly created role that will report to the Regional MD & CFO APAC, while also supporting the Regional Chief Sales Officer APAC, as well as local office operations.

skills & requirement for the job

To succeed in this role, you need to possess a minimum 3 years of c-suite / senior leadership experience. You need to be able to operate independently, with minimal supervision. You should be resourceful in situation handling, come with outstanding communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
