about the job and the manager

We are currently looking to hire a National Sales Manager, this person will be managing a team of account managers. The Sales Manager will be responsible to develop, grow and drive the team in the right direction.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
Strengthen partnerships with key customers and stakeholders.
Oversee promotional activities, sales initiatives, and operational processes.
Analyze sales trends and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance teams.
Ensure efficient resource allocation to meet sales targets.
Support and enhance the effectiveness of internal sales teams.
Conduct research to refine strategies and enhance product positioning.
Provide insights and recommendations to the senior leadership team.

skills and experience required

You should minimally have 10 years of experience in FMCG category / channel or product management.
You should have a strong background in sales and marketing.
You should have a strong financial acumen in analyzing P&L.
