key responsibilities

Design and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns, perform market research to pinpoint relevant events and conferences, and lead event organization efforts.
Oversee the production of promotional assets including brochures, newsletters, and web content.
Manage website projects, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and user experience goals.

Streamline processes to ensure efficient training program operations and deliver an outstanding learner experience.
Supervise the maintenance and scheduling of training facilities and support the development of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Coordinate with internal training teams to secure instructional resources, review learner feedback surveys, and recommend enhancements to program content and training quality.
Track and assess competitors' offerings, pricing models, and marketing strategies.

qualifications and experience:

Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media platforms).
Proven track record in growing a brand’s presence, specifically in the educational or hospitality sectors.
Proven success in optimizing operational workflows and boosting service effectiveness.
Competent in conducting industry research, competitive benchmarking, and trend analysis, particularly within the education and training sector.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
