Our client is a well known MNC with global operations. They are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator (2 months part-time contract), to join support their HR digitalization project.

about the job

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support pfile migration activities.

Your job scope includes but not limited to:

Review employee personnel files to ensure all necessary documents are present and correctly filed.
Organize and categorize documents within each personnel file according to established HR protocols.
Identify and report any discrepancies or missing information in the personnel files.
Assist in archiving and digitizing personnel files as required.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all employee records and information.
Collaborate with HR team members to ensure the clean-up project is completed efficiently and accurately.
Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

skills and experience required

Prior administrative or clerical experience, preferably in an HR setting.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

other information

$3,000/month, will be pro-rated according to days/hours worked
Office location: Central-West, Singapore
2 months part-time contract, minimum commitment 3 days a week
Contract may be extendable depending on business needs
