In this position as a Operation Executive, you will be required to ensure all the respective representatives meet the fit and proper standards under the Representative Notification Framework (RNF). You will be expected to handle checks, manage timelines effectively and prepare all essential documents for onboarding and offboarding processes.

The successful incumbent will also be expected to flag out adverse findings and escalating cases for further evaluation, work closely with the compliance team and other internal/external stakeholders to facilitate the licensing process and address any issues or concerns that may arise.

This position will require you to provide regular statistics & reports to management and distribution channels related to candidate and appointment of representatives. The ideal incumbent should come with relevant experience handling on-boarding/off-boarding of agents and ability to meet tight deadlines.

skills & experience required

1+ years of experience in Distribution Support, particularly in MAS Representative Notification Framework (Highly preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Highly organized, focused, and able to work under tight timelines and pressure
Ability to express thought process
Independent, self-driven, results-oriented and team player
Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
