My client, a leading B2B technology company, is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager (contract position) to support demand generation efforts through its ecosystem of partners across the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. This role is instrumental in driving co-marketing initiatives, building joint campaigns, and amplifying go-to-market success through strategic collaboration with a segment of key partners.

about the job

Plan, develop, and execute partner marketing programs focused on driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration across targeted partner segments in the APJ region.
Work closely with sales, alliance, and partner teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and partner priorities.
Collaborate with partners to build co-branded campaigns, including digital, event-based, and content-driven programs that generate qualified leads.
Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from planning and budget allocation to execution, tracking, and performance analysis.
Deliver insights and reporting on campaign effectiveness, partner engagement, and ROI using dashboards and marketing analytics tools.
Provide guidance and enablement to partners on marketing best practices, messaging, and available tools to ensure consistent brand representation and demand impact.
Drive scalability by developing program templates, playbooks, and repeatable frameworks that can be leveraged across partner tiers and markets.

skills and experience required

6–8 years of experience in partner marketing or alliance marketing, preferably within a B2B tech environment.
Proven track record of driving demand generation through partners, with measurable impact on pipeline growth and sales enablement.
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, indirect sales models, and co-marketing dynamics across APJ markets.
Experience in developing integrated campaigns across digital, content, and event-based formats.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and partners with strong project management and communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
