Acting on behalf of the Project Manager, the position oversees all project components, ensuring timely delivery through effective resource management and coordination with clients, contractors, and vendors.

manage full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, coordination, and compliance monitoring.
provide technical expertise, solve engineering issues, and guide the project team.
communicate with stakeholders, ensuring updates, alignment, and smooth collaboration.
identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring safety and quality compliance.
control budget, track expenses, and ensure project remains within financial targets.
maintain documentation, report progress, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

knowledge and skills

bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, accredited by the PE Board
5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of meeting tight project deadlines
strong interpersonal and communication abilities across all levels
At least 3 years of working exposure in LTA projects
