- Create, maintain, and update high-quality 3D models and 2D documentation, primarily using Autodesk Revit.
- Execute interdisciplinary coordination, manage the Single Working Model (SWC), perform clash detection, and facilitate the resolution of spatial conflicts.
- Uphold and enforce Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and CDE protocols, maintaining data integrity, naming conventions, and LOD/LOIN standards. Ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements (e.g., BCA e-submission).
- Provide technical expertise in Revit/BIM, including template, family, and content library management, and deliver training on BIM workflows.
- Utilize BIM to support buildability reviews and quantity take-offs. Prepare and manage the submission of architectural and civil/structural shop drawings based on design/as-built information.
knowledge and skills
- Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience, with a preference for healthcare or laboratory building design projects.
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience specifically using Autodesk Revit (BIM) for documentation and coordination.
- Experience with IFC-SG standards for Corenet-X BIM model submissions (or equivalent national BIM submission requirements).
- High proficiency in Autodesk Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD.
- Proven ability to manage the full BIM lifecycle, including : BIM Modelling, Documentation, and Shop Drawings / Federated coordination models and Clash Reports / Model Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC).
- Experience in developing and managing BIM assets such as Revit families, templates, and training materials.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is highly desirable
