Reporting to regional finance leadership, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial stability of the Singapore operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of financial operations, ensuring rigorous adherence to statutory compliance and internal control frameworks. Your remit includes managing the month-end close cycles, preparing detailed management accounts, and conducting balance sheet reconciliations to ensure data integrity. Additionally, you will supervise day-to-day transactional activities, including accounts payable, operational disbursements, and payroll processing, while acting as the key financial liaison for external audits and tax regulatory matters.

You should be a qualified accountant with significant post-qualification experience within a professional services or complex multinational environment. Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle accounting, regulatory reporting, and variance analysis is crucial for this position. You must possess strong technical proficiency in enterprise-level financial systems and advanced spreadsheet modeling. We are looking for a resilient and articulate team player who demonstrates excellent stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to lead and mentor junior team members effectively.
