This is a pivotal support role within the specialized private wealth division, focusing on delivering exceptional service to a niche portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
- Act as the primary liaison for a dedicated client portfolio, ensuring seamless execution of banking transactions and service requests.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new accounts, performing rigorous documentation reviews in accordance with internal compliance standards.
- Support relationship managers in business development activities, including the preparation of bespoke client reports and presentation materials.
- Manage complex cross-border inquiries by coordinating with internal product partners and regional offices.
- Monitor account activities and assist in fulfilling regulatory requirements related to anti-money laundering and client due diligence.
skills and experience required.
- Degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline
- CACS Papers 1 & 2 certifications would be viewed favourably
- Prior experience in a client support or assistant relationship management capacity within wealth management or private banking.
- Proficiency in Japanese is essential to manage native-language financial documentation and effectively engage with a dedicated Japanese-speaking client base.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
