About our Client
Our client is an international law firm with an extensive global network, serving a wide range of international clients. They are looking for experienced associates to join their corporate practice which specialises in both domestic and cross border M&A and venture funds. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well respected and collaborative international corporate practice.

Responsibilities
Reporting to a team of Partners in the firm's corporate practice you will gain the opportunity to work on a variety of domestic and cross border deals with a focus on venture funds and supporting clients from seed rounds up to IPO. You will also be given the opportunity to run M&A deals as well as managing other general corporate matters.

Requirements
You are admitted to the Singapore Bar and have at least 4 years PQE. You must have prior experience of working on M&A and corporate matters with exposure to cross border elements and ideally with venture funds experience. You will work in a collaborative team and get support from the partners but you must also be proactive, confident and have excellent client-facing skills and high quality drafting capabilities.
