- Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of equipment
- Responsible for Calibration and Repair of electronic boxes
- Setting up of tape & reel cum inspection machines
- Prepare, setup and qualify machines
- Provide support in sample making & ETO parts
- Perform tooling buy-off & failure analysis
- Machine assembly
- Setting up of AOI machines
- Machine alignment, teaching and testing
skills & experience required
- Diploma / Higher NITEC in Mechatronics / Electromechanical / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Illustrator
- Assembly & troubleshoot entire semiconductor equipment
- AOI machine / vision systems troubleshoot & assemble experience will be a plus
- Able to ready engineering drawings
- 5 day work week (Mon to Fri 9am-6pm) + OT if required
