• Lead and support complex private equity transactions and cross-border corporate deals.
• Advise top-tier global private equity sponsors and institutional investors on transactional matters.
• Work directly alongside partners in a close-knit team environment with high exposure to key clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documentation, investment agreements, and corporate filings.
• Manage multi-jurisdictional deal execution and conduct thorough legal due diligence.

skills and experience required

• Approximately 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience in private equity transactions.
• Qualification in a common law jurisdiction.
• Proven track record of managing private equity deals within a reputable international law firm.
• Excellent transaction management skills with strong attention to detail and commercial acumen.
