Role Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on technician with solid experience in semiconductor manufacturing to support equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting across various ATE platforms and peripheral tools.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and configure testers, probers, handlers, and related equipment for production readiness.
- Perform regular equipment conversions, calibrations, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues quickly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for equipment installation, deinstallation, and operational buyoff.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment status and updates.
- Support probe card and hardware issue resolution with relevant departments.
- Recommend process and equipment improvements to boost efficiency.
- Deliver clear and concise shift reports daily.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher with minimum 2 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of ATE systems and tools such as UFlex, 93K testers, tri-temp probers, and auto-handlers.
- Familiarity with ESD protocols and basic 8D problem-solving methodology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift (Day/Night) schedule.
