Our client is a leading independent law firm in Singapore that is looking for driven Associates to join their Dispute Resolution practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing law firm that works on an interesting range of local and international complex disputes and to learn from a team of highly established Partners.
Responsibilities
Reporting to a team of Partners in the firm's disputes practice you will gain the opportunity to work on a variety of local and regional dispute matters ranging from litigation, arbitration and mediation. This includes developing and executing case strategies, including assessing risk, formulating claims/defences, and advising clients on optimal dispute resolution mechanisms. You will also be drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents, including pleadings, affidavits, submissions, legal opinions and correspondence.
Requirements
You are admitted to the Singapore Bar and have at least 2 years and 5 years PQE for the Associate and Senior Associate roles respectively. You must have prior experience within commercial disputes, be well organised and comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
