Our client is a prominent international law firm located in Singapore. As part of their continuous growth, they are looking for a Senior Associate that has a strong background in international disputes within the insurance and reinsurance space. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the region's leading insurance/reinsurance dispute teams and work on a range of international work across APAC and the Middle East.
Responsibilities
Reporting to a leading partner in the firm's dispute resolution practice, you will be an integral part of the team, participating in advising insurer and re-insurer clients on large and complex claims across property, construction, engineering and energy matters. As a key point of contact in Singapore you will regularly liaise with colleagues in other jurisdictions across the globe and interface and develop strong relationships with clients globally.
Requirements
You are admitted to the Bar in the Common law jurisdiction with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in insurance disputes within the property, energy and construction space. You must be an excellent communicator and are adaptable and flexible. You are self motivated and independent and enjoy working within an international and collaborative team as well as interacting with international clients.
