you will be responsible for managing M&E project execution from planning to completion, ensuring technical compliance and timely delivery. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on experience in construction planning, and the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.

- develop and implement construction plans; identify risks and corrective actions.
- lead adoption of construction technologies and promote front-loading in design.
- coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for technical alignment.
- oversee Testing & Commissioning (T&C), quality audits, and compliance frameworks.
- manage MEP contracts, schedules, and resources effectively.
knowledge and skills
- degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- minimum 8 years of experience in M&E construction planning and execution.
- strong knowledge of M&E systems, technologies, and safety standards.
- proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- commercial awareness with focus on cost, quality, and productivity.
