- Working closely with senior bankers to cultivate and oversee a portfolio of corporate clients to enhance market share and achieve strategic profit targets.
- Design and implement comprehensive account strategies by collaborating with internal product specialists to provide tailored financial solutions.
- Identify and execute high-value transactions involving syndications, project financing, and structured commodity trade finance.
- Manage end-to-end credit analysis and credit risk processes, including the rigorous evaluation of new banking relationships and the maintenance of loan quality.
- Maintain strict adherence to internal governance standards and regional regulatory frameworks concerning financial crimes and risk controls.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience within the corporate banking environment
- Advanced proficiency in credit risk assessment and the preparation of detailed technical credit applications.
- The ability to speak, read and write Mandarin language at a business level, as you will be required to liaise with clients in China and handle business documents in their native language
