about the job
- Spearhead initiatives by leading marketing efforts and prospecting to acquire new opportunities for syndicated loans.
- Build and cultivate a network of syndication contacts in the market
- Analysing and mitigating the credit risks of potential borrowers, which includes conducting risk research, due diligence and various risk and financial analysis, revision of credit proposals
- Origination, structuring of deals and negotiation of terms, execution and documenting
- Managing syndication transactions of the Branch

skills and experience required
- Bachelor degree with at least 7-10 years of experience in loan syndication
- Sound credit analysis skills and knowledge of the loan syndication market
- Knowledge of industry practices, documentation standards and regulatory requirements
