- Lead the sourcing, structuring, and execution of complex debt and investment corporate transactions.
- Conduct comprehensive credit assessments, comprehensive due diligence, and prepare strategic internal proposals.
- Build and cultivate long-term partnerships with institutional sponsors and corporate entities.
- Manage the end to end transaction lifecycle of corporate financing agreements, overseeing amendments and regulatory alignment.
- Guide client onboarding procedures, ensuring full compliance with international regulatory frameworks.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in a related field, with a good FI network
- Advanced competencies in corporate analysis, financial analysis, capital valuation, and more.
- Excellent communication capabilities paired with a strong capability for stakeholder collaboration.
