- Driving revenue growth by developing existing accounts and sourcing new customers primarily within the Nutraceutical, Feed, and Pharma industries.
- Taking responsibility for developing new business and increasing sales within specific assigned regions, including managing established food supplement manufacturing and pharma accounts.
- Achieving the agreed annual sales budget and commercial margin targets through effective sales territory development and forecasting.
- Managing the entire project cycle from lead generation to sales closure.
- Acting as a 'go-to' expert by thoroughly understanding customer needs and market dynamics, and identifying opportunities for value-adding technology solutions.
- Providing crucial market information on emerging trends and competitor moves back to the marketing and R&D organizations.

about the manager/team
You will report directly to the Regional Director. This role is a key commercial hire within a lean, results-oriented, and rapidly growing Asia team. You will be expected to operate with significant autonomy within a matrix international structure, collaborating closely with colleagues across departments (such as operations, logistics, and R&D) to manage open orders, quotations, and shipment follow-ups.
skills and experience required
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in B2B sales is required.
- Experience in a related business sector (ingredients, pharma, food, biotech, or cosmetics) is highly valuable.
- Bachelor Degree, ideally in Business, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Nutrition, Science, or a similar field.
- Possess strong commercial understanding, negotiation skills, and communication and presentation skills to interact with diverse and multicultural stakeholders.
- Comfortable with frequent regional travel.
