about the job

• Regular maintenance and care of the coffee equipment to ensure cleanliness and functionality
• Working collaboratively with other team members, proactively communicating regarding the Café operations and sharing ideas to elevate the Café experience
• Assist menu development
• Upselling and recommending menu items.
• Handle all prep, service, and cleaning duties with a strong attention to detail.
• Maintain the same standards of producing every cup of coffee.
• Basic knowledge of bean origins, brewing techniques, grinding, calibrating, latte art skill

skills and experience required

• 3 years of experience
• Background in specialty coffee.
• A solid work ethic, a good attitude, and a commitment to doing things right.
• A genuine passion for coffee and an understanding of great execution.
• Comfortable working on a kitchen line, handling prep, and ensuring smooth service.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-energy kitchen environment.
• A sense of pride in your work and a desire for continuous improvement.
