Maintenance of the bar, ensuring it's clean, well-stocked, and ready for every service
Confidently present the menu and propose / up sell different food & beverage choices to our customers
Collaborate with your team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment
Assist menu development
Process payments transactions from the customers
Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies
Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with guests
Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed

Prior bartending experience
Knowledge of wine, beer, alcoholic beverages, drink recipes and mixology techniques
Displays eagerness to learn and full of energy
Passionate about the craft of cocktails, beverage knowledge, and hospitality
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
