about the role
They are looking for a Finance Administrator (Billing) to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you'll be responsible for a wide range of billing activities, working as part of a collaborative global finance team. You'll prepare invoices for a designated client portfolio, ensure the accuracy of client billing information, and assist with preparing both annual and bi-annual billing cycles. You'll also support the team by managing billing-related email requests, preparing consolidated statements for key clients, and assisting with exception reporting to ensure data integrity. This position offers extensive training on Oracle, our world-class enterprise data management and finance system, and provides an opportunity to support the team by helping to train assistants and interns and assisting with accounts receivable as needed. You will report directly to the Billing Manager and indirectly to the Corporate Controller (Billing), both based in the Cayman Islands.
skills and experience needed
To be successful in this role, you should have recent administrative or accounting experience, preferably within a corporate service provider or the financial industry. They are looking for someone with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills who can manage multiple tasks effectively while handling a high volume of work. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, thrive under pressure, and have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. You should be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. A working knowledge of Viewpoint software, Oracle, and SSRS reporting is also a plus, as is familiarity with E-billing portals such as CounselLink, Legal Tracker, TyMetrix, CounselGO, and Collaboration. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
