As part of their growth, they are looking for a Senior Brand Manager (fully remote within SEA Timezone) who can take full ownership of one or more acquired brands from strategy to execution with a focus on sustainable growth, innovation, and category leadership.

Reporting to the Brand Director, your responsibilities would include
... - Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies, including positioning, messaging, tone of voice, and customer experience across all consumer touchpoints.
- Lead product innovation, roadmap development, and lifecycle management from ideation to go-to-market (GTM), in close collaboration with sourcing, R&D, and operations teams.
- Drive end-to-end brand growth by owning the full 4Ps product development, pricing strategy, promotional execution, and channel optimization to align with consumer needs, maximize profitability, and deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Own the full P&L for assigned brands and to analyze financial performance, customer metrics, and channel dynamics to drive profitability and sustained growth.
- Strategize and support channel expansion efforts across DTC, marketplaces (e.g., Amazon), retail, and international markets to grow reach and revenue.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends, white space opportunities, and consumer preferences. Translate insights into actionable brand and product strategies.
Skills and experience required
- Relevant years of experience in brand or product management within the consumer goods industry with a proven track record of leading and scaling a brand end-to-end, ideally with exposure to eCommerce and international markets.
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen with P&L accountability.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and high level of ownership and someone who can operate with speed and agility in a start-up culture.
