Skills and Requirements

Professional Experience: 5 to 8 years of Business Analysis experience specifically within the banking or financial services sector.
Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge in areas such as Wealth Management, Private Banking, Credit & Lending, Capital Markets, Investments, or Digital Banking.
Methodologies: Practical experience operating within Scrum, Agile, or iterative project delivery frameworks.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional stakeholder engagement, relationship-building, and communication skills.
Core Capabilities: Proven ability to guide cross-functional teams, run workshops, solve complex problems analytically, and operate autonomously in fast-paced environments.

Mandatory Criteria: Candidates must possess at least one of the following:

Direct business experience within Banking or Wealth Management.
