This role, at an Assistant Manager or Manager level within the Transformation & Solutions team, is part of a broader strategic effort to modernize enterprise IT systems, especially within the group insurance space. The position involves working closely with internal stakeholders, developers, and external partners to gather and document business requirements that support digital transformation initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the collection and analysis of business requirements for system and process enhancements.
- Reviewing new and existing workflows to ensure alignment and efficiency across integrated systems.
- Acting as the point of contact between operational teams, technical developers, and solution vendors.
- Assisting in brainstorming and conceptualizing solutions with IT and third-party providers.
- Coordinating user testing, system rollouts, training sessions, and relevant documentation efforts.
- Overseeing and driving modernization efforts related to IT infrastructure and operational processes.
- Supporting broader initiatives such as digitalization roadmaps, process improvement, and knowledge governance.
- Contributing to the implementation of internal policies around governance and compliance.
skills and experience required:
- Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
- 4–5 years of experience in a business analyst or transformation role, ideally within the insurance sector.
- Familiarity with the group insurance domain is advantageous.
- Exposure to web and mobile front-end applications is beneficial.
- Proven involvement in full lifecycle digital transformation or modernization projects.
- Strong foundation in project coordination or project management methodologies.
- Experience in areas like customer experience (CX), user experience (UX) design, and AI-driven solutions is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities, with a focus on clear communication.
- Analytical mindset with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working both independently and within cross-functional teams.
