This role is focused on converting complex data into actionable insights that support strategic business decisions and enhance overall performance. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end data analytics process from data collection and cleansing through to visualization and reporting. In addition, the role may involve facilitating discussions to help stakeholders identify opportunities, track progress, and determine next steps based on data findings.
skills and experience required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Informatics, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Minimum of 2 year's experience in data analytics, with hands-on experience using tools like Power BI or QlikView
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Proficient with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP
- Experience with CRM and sales operation tools such as Salesforce.com or Unity
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights
- Experience developing data models and working with reporting packages
